(gs) Database naming scheme

Introduction

All new databases created on the (gs) Grid-Service follow this naming pattern:

  • db00000_dbname

Viewing databases

You can view all of your database names in the AccountCenter.

  1. Log into your AccountCenter.
  2. Click on your primary domain.
  3. Click on Manage Databases, see Figure 1.

  4. Your databases are listed in the Database List tab, see Figure 2.

  2. 2. Elite Hi Charles. No, a database is not required for your site. Although you will find that many web applications require a database. All of our 1-Click apps (Drupal, WordPress, Zen Cart) use databases.
