Getting started with your (gs) Grid-Service
Overview
The following article will get you familiar with your new (gs) Grid-Service hosting account, including the AccountCenter, our world-renowned support department, and the rest of the (mt) tools that come with your new service.

AccountCenter
The AccountCenter is the main secure interface to manage your domain and (gs) Grid-Service. For more information, please see: AccountCenter information.
Set the Server Administrator password
For obvious security reasons, the Server Administrator password is not included in your Service Activation Letter. You will need to reset the password to gain access. Please see: How can I change the password for the Server Administrator?
Additional FTP user
This article will guide you through creating an additional FTP user.
Server Guide
The (gs) Server Guide is where you can find clear and concise information about your hosting service. Everything from mail settings and FTP login information to sample connection strings is available and is dynamically generated, allowing you to simply copy and paste the information directly into your own apps, scripts, and configuration files. We also include links to most relevant helpful articles that will save you time from searching.
Control Panel
Every (gs) Grid-Service includes a comprehensive suite of tools to manage every aspect of your hosting service. This control panel is built right in to your AccountCenter. Many of the topics covered in our articles involve interacting with your Control Panel. This is also where you can view your current bandwidth and GPU Tool usage. Manage your advanced GridContainer or just the basics, like adding email users and installing 1-Click Applications.
Create email accounts
You may create up to 1,000 email accounts on your (gs). This article walks you through the steps. Once your email account is created, we have tutorials on how to add it to your favourite email client. We also have an auto mail config tool that will set up your email account on your email client or mobile device.
Mail by (mt)
Mail by (mt) is our new webmail client for our Grid customers. It's built on a powerful new infrastructure to deliver business-class email — at no additional cost. Learn more.
uControl
Never worry about having to change one of your user's passwords again! Invite your email users to their very own control panel designed to free you from performing trivial administration tasks. You now have the extra time to manage what's important to you. We also include quickstart guides to webmail and email program setups right inside the panel. MySQL database
By default, every (gs) Grid-Service allows for 100 databases using our SmartPool system. Here are some helpful articles to get you started:

GridContainer
