How to find your Cluster and Storage Segment
Your (gs) Grid-Service resides on one of our Clusters. Each Cluster has multiple Storage Segments that houses all of your data. This guide will show you how to find this information within your Server Guide. The cluster is the permanent home for your (gs) Grid-Service, while the Storage Segment is subject to change, especially as a result of a Scheduled Maintenance action. Keep in mind that your site or system paths will never change.
You can easily find this information with the following steps:
- Login to your AccountCenter.
- Click on your Primary Domain.
- Click on Server Guide.
- Click on Cluster on the right-side menu.
- You should now see the page listing the exact Grid Cluster and Storage Segment for your (gs) Grid-Service.
TIP:
If needed you may also use either of the following two URLs to find this information as well. Be sure to replace ##### with your site number, or replace mt-example.com with your domain.
