Overview

This article will show you how to reject all emails for nonexistent users. This configuration is recommended as it will reduce the amount of junk mail you receive.

Instructions

By default, the (gs) Grid-Service rejects all email messages for nonexistent users.

  1. Log into the Plesk Control Panel for your domain. See Figure 1:

  2. Click on the Mail tab at the top. See Figure 2:

  3. Click on Change Settings.

  4. Under Settings, select Reject.

  5. Click OK to save your changes.
  1. Log into Plesk.
  2. Click on Domains, see Figure 1.
