Plesk Error: "The domain is still suspended for the following reason: Domain is expired"

Overview

If your website is offline you might be receiving the following message by email:

"Error: The domain is still suspended for the following reason: Domain is expired"

This occurs because the domain was set to be expired from within Plesk. This can be changed within the Limits feature for a domain.

Instructions

The following will show you how to adjust these settings:

  1. Log into Plesk.
  2. Click on Domains.

  3. Click on the Domain which has expired.
  4. Click on Limits.

  5. Now, adjust the "Validity period" to a later date or to unlimited by checking the box.

  6. Once you click OK, the changes should be complete and your website should be back online.
