Overview

This article outlines the process of adding temporary disk space to your (dv) Dedicated-Virtual Server. You can add this space using the Advanced Recovery Tools in your AccountCenter.

Instructions

Using the AccountCenter Advanced Recovery Tools

1. Log into your AccountCenter.
2. Select your (dv) and go to the Advanced Recovery section. See Figure 1:

3. Click the Add Temporary Disk Space icon, see Figure 2:

4. Confirm the action after reading the confirmation box, see Figure 3:

5. Wait approximately 15 minutes for the new disk space to be added. The page will show a Pending status, and will let you know when the additional space has been added.
