FAQs

When I launch the Parallels Power Panel I receive a page with a large SSL Warning, is it safe to visit?
Yes, what you are seeing is an SSL error message due to the fact that the Parallels Power Panel uses a self-signed SSL Certificate. Your browser should simply offer you a way to bypass the error message so that you may access the panel.

  1. 1. dcastroMake sure to use a browser other than Chrome. Power Panel doesn't like Chrome and you won't be able to login. It will just silently fail like you are using a bad password.

  2. 2. Elite Thanks for the heads up, dcastro. I've added a note box at the top of the page, too.
