How do I submit a support request?

Overview

You may submit a support request at any time via your AccountCenter.

Instructions

  1. Log into your AccountCenter.
  2. Hover over the Support tab and click on Open a Support Request, see Figure 1.

  3. The page refreshes to look like Figure 2.

  4. Next, select the domain that pertains to your question. See Figure 3:

  5. Now, enter the topic of your request. Think of this as a subject line, see Figure 4.

    As you enter your topic, search results will be posted with helpful articles that may address your question. If you would like to continue with your support request instead of reading the articles, click the "No thanks, open a request." link, see Figure 5:

  6. Enter as much detail in this section, including error messages and steps to reproduce your error. See Figure 6.

  7. That's it!
