Overview

On occasion, you may run across a Domain Warning message when using the 1-Click tool. This article provides steps to correct this.

If you received the error in Figure 1, you can easily correct it!

Solution

Check the DNS for your domain.

1. You will need to make sure that your domain is pointing to your (gs) Grid-Service. The easiest way to do this is to point your domain's nameservers to NS1.MEDIATEMPLE.NET and NS2.MEDIATEMPLE.NET. Please see this article for details: (mt) Media Temple's DNS/Nameserver information.
2. Allow propagation to complete. This is generally complete in 24-48 hours.
3. Your application should be accessible.
