Introduction

The (mt) Media Temple AccountCenter is the main secure interface for all clients to manage their accounts and services with (mt).

Navigating the tabs

Overview

The Overview page contains basic information about the AccountCenter. It is the first page you see when you first log into the AccountCenter.

Domains

Add, view, or manage your domains, and manage your server(s) and services.

• Easy access to your hosting control panel.
• View all services currently activated with (mt) Media Temple.
• Generate bandwidth graphs to check network transfer usage.
• Modify domain registration WHOIS information.

Contacts

View, add, edit authorized contacts for your account.

• Add contacts authorized to call Customer Service or make changes to your account(s).
• Change your AccountCenter password.

Billing

View and update billing information and statements.

• Change the active payer for an account.
• Change active credit card for an account.
• View current or past statements.

Access (mt) Media Temple's support system.

• Access (mt) Media Temple's KnowledgeBase for tutorials, walkthroughs and answers to frequently asked questions.
• Open or reply to a support request for specific services.
• Generate a Support PIN to authenticate your identity when calling (mt).
• View past support requests.
