Overview

This article provides details about site numbers on the (gs) Grid-Service. If possible, we encourage you to remember your site number. You will find it is used with many of the services (such as FTP, SSH, MySQL, etc) associated with your (gs) Grid-Service.

What is a site number?

The site number is the unique identifier for your (gs) Grid-Service. You will most commonly see the site number used within your Access Domain. In the example, you would replace 00000 with the Site Number for your service.

  • Example of an Access Domain: s00000.gridserver.com

Locate your site number

  1. From the Overview page or Domains tab, select your primary domain. See Figure 1.

  2. The next screen is your (gs) Grid-Service Control Panel, click on Server Guide. See Figure 2 below.

  3. From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Cluster. See Figure 3 as reference.

  4. Your cluster information is on this new screen, see Figure 4.
