DETAILS:

Switching from an (ss) Shared-Server or (gs) Grid-Service to a (dv) Dedicated-Virtual Server is not an upgrade. This is considered a migration. (mt) Media Temple will set up a NEW server for you to configure, setup and maintain. It is the responsibility of the client to migrate all data from an old server to a new (dv) Dedicated-Virtual Server. This includes setting up domains within the Plesk Control Panel, setting up and configuring e-mail accounts and programs, and educating yourself of all the features that are included within this powerful control panel. (mt) Media Temple cannot assist you in the configuration and migration of your websites to this new server. For more information on Plesk, tutorials, documentation and walkthroughs, please visit the support section at (mt) Media Temple's Plesk 8 (dv) 3.x Video Tutorials or Plesk’s website at http://www.sw-soft.com.
