Billing information

This article explains how to monitor and manage your billing preferences. All actions listed in this article require you to be logged into your AccountCenter.

  1. Log into the AccountCenter.
  2. Click on the Billing tab at the top.

Make a payment

Click the icon.

  1. Choose whether you want to Pay off current balance or Pay different amount. Enter your desired amount, if needed. See Figure 1.
  2. Choose your payment method, see Figure 1 below:
    1. New or existing credit card.
    2. PayPal
    3. PayPal eCheck

    If you choose PayPal or PayPal eCheck, you will be directed to a new screen for that service. For instructions and screenshots, please see: Manual Payment Methods.

Billing preferences

Click on the icon.

Choose your Payment method and Invoice/Statement delivery option. Credit card and email delivery are selected by default. You may need to contact the (mt) Media Temple Billing department to change these preferences. See Figure 2.

Billing term

Currently, if you would like to change your billing term from Monthly to Annual or vice versa, please submit a support request via your AccountCenter.

Available for your reference.

Manage credit cards

  1. Click on Add a card to add a new credit card. Fill in the information for your new card.
  2. Click on edit next to an existing card to modify it. Please see this article for detailed instructions: How do I update my credit card?
  3. Click on remove next to an existing card to delete it.
  4. Click on make primary to change the primary card for your account.

Balances & Statements

Click on the page icon next to a statement to bring up a print-friendly view.

From this page, you will have the option to select from any of the invoices created over the entire lifespan of your account in the lower section marked Statements, by clicking on the paper icon located at the far right of the posted date of the invoice.

If you like, you can also select the option for automatic emailed invoices from this same page. Please note, these automated emailed invoices will be sent to the primary email address listed for the account owner if this option is selected.

Request to Close

Click on the red "X" next to any service you no longer want. You can then choose a date for the closure, or contact the (mt) Media Temple Billing department for an immediate closure. Or, choose the option to "Close entire Account." Step by step instructions are available here: Close a service or account.

The (mt) Media Temple Billing department is available at 877-578-4000, option 3, from 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm weekends, Pacific Time.
