Overview

Joining the User Forums is easy! Unlike most other forums you've used, the registration process involves nothing more than choosing a unique username. If you are the contact on multiple (mt) accounts, you can even associate them all with the same forum username. This helps you keep your identity consistent in the (mt) Community.

NOTE:

  • The User Forums are a place where customers of all (mt) Media Temple services help one another. The User Forums are not an official support channel; official support from (mt) Media Temple is available 24/7 over the phone or through our online ticketing support system.
  • Please make sure you read and understand the Forum Guidelines before joining the community. It is very important that you know these rules to ensure a positive and constructive environment for everyone.
  • You may only have one forum account. Individuals who register multiple forum accounts will be contacted and offered to keep only one user.
